Services

Melin Landscaping LLC provides professional landscaping services including but not limited to landscape installation and design, lawn maintenance, mulch installation, hardscaping, seasonal cleanups, and related services throughout Summit County and Portage County, Ohio.

Estimates and Quotes

• Free estimates are provided as a courtesy and are not binding until accepted by both parties
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided
• Final costs may vary if project scope changes or unforeseen conditions arise
• We will communicate any significant cost changes before proceeding

Scheduling and Cancellation

• Service dates are scheduled based on weather conditions and availability
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to inclement weather or equipment issues
• Customers may cancel or reschedule with 24 hours notice without penalty
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur fees

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month
• Deposits may be required for large projects

Property Access and Safety

• Customers must provide clear access to work areas
• Please secure pets and notify us of any property hazards
• We will take reasonable care of your property during service
• Mark any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or sensitive areas

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on plant installations and hardscaping projects. Specific warranty terms vary by service and will be detailed in your service agreement. Warranties may be voided by improper maintenance, severe weather, or acts of nature.

Limitation of Liability

Melin Landscaping LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
